Tim believes that when it comes to life's big financial decisions, trust, care, and integrity matter most. He founded Stellaris after more than two decades in the mortgage broking industry, bringing with him a core team that has worked alongside him for years.

Known for his commitment to doing right by people, Tim excels at solving complex financial challenges and structuring loans that set clients up for genuine, long-term success. He meets you right where you are, taking the stress out of the process and making complex lending options easy to understand.

When he’s not guiding clients toward a brighter financial horizon, Tim loves escaping to Toodyay to get his hands dirty around his property and spend quality time with his family. Stellaris is the embodiment of his mission to build a practice where clients feel valued as individuals with real dreams, rather than just account numbers. 

Shae is often the first friendly team member you’ll meet when you contact Stellaris. She is passionate about delivering a seamless experience from day one, ensuring every client feels fully prepared, informed, and confident before meeting with Tim.

Her title only hints at the vast scope of her role. Shae keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly - guiding clients through their initial onboarding, shaping our communications, and managing calendars with impressive organizational wizardry.

Off the clock, Shae brings that same high-energy enthusiasm to life outside work - whether she’s catching live music, diving into a good book, or spending time with family. She’s the steady force behind the scenes that keeps our team aligned so your journey with us starts off on stellar ground.

Belle is one of our dedicated, Philippines-based Client Managers who works side-by-side with Tim. Once your initial setup is complete, she assists with preparing your loan application, manages administrative milestones, and keeps you updated every step of the way through to settlement.

Belle brings a gentle brilliance, fantastic focus, and reassuring communication style to the team. She takes pride in taking the friction out of paperwork, ensuring you always feel completely supported and clear on what’s happening with your loan.

Outside of keeping applications moving smoothly, Belle is a self-confessed animal lover who is completely devoted to her cat, Miggy. Whether she’s crocheting or gaming, her friendly nature and sharp attention to detail bring a wonderfully bright spark to our team. 

  Joy is a warm and reliable Client Manager that you’ll connect with as your loan progresses. Working closely alongside Tim, she handles your loan application from submission all the way through to settlement, ensuring no detail is missed and you’re always kept in the loop.

Joining us from the Philippines, Joy’s calm, patient demeanour and approachable personality bring genuine comfort to every client interaction, turning what can feel like an overwhelming lending process into an easy, stress-free experience.

When she’s away from her desk, Joy is happiest heading out into the great outdoors to go camping with her beloved dog, Teddy. Her steady care for people and grounded nature make her a true guiding light for our clients throughout their loan journey. 

With over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, MaryHelen has been an invaluable pillar of our Client Services Team since 2010. Over the years, she has built deep expertise in liaising with lenders and managing client queries with quiet efficiency.

In the office on Thursdays and Fridays, MaryHelen focuses on keeping administrative workflows moving seamlessly behind the scenes. Her extensive industry knowledge, thorough approach, and calm demeanour mean clients can rest easy knowing they are in safe, experienced hands.

Outside the office, MaryHelen loves spending quality time with family and discovering new local restaurants to enjoy a great meal. Her dependable expertise is a cornerstone of our team, providing the steady anchor that helps our office run smoothly every week. 

Jim has been an integral part of the team since 2014, having worked in nearly every area of the business - from Loans Processor to Office Manager, and everything in between. That deep, hands-on history gives him an unmatched perspective on how to deliver a smooth client journey.

Jim now oversees the day-to-day operational engine of Stellaris, managing everything from bookkeeping and IT systems to staff training. His real superpower is his ability to step in whenever technical or logistical challenges arise, resolving them quickly so the team can focus entirely on client care.

When he’s not keeping our systems running like clockwork, Jim loves rolling up his sleeves for hands-on DIY projects around the house and spending time with his two energetic Jack Russells. He’s the operational compass of Stellaris, ensuring the entire background machinery functions effortlessly.
