He founded Stellaris after more than two decades in the mortgage broking industry, bringing the team that has been with him for a long time.

Known for his commitment to doing the right thing by people, Tim isn't afraid to solve the complex challenges and create outcomes that set clients up for long-term success. He'll meet you at your level and aim to elevate you.

Stellaris is the embodiment of his mission to make a place where clients feel valued not just as customers, but as people with dreams, challenges and futures worth investing in.

Shae is often one of the first friendly voices clients hear when they contact Stellaris. She's passionate about creating world-class service, making sure every client feels prepared and confident for their appointment so they can make the most of it.

Her title only hints at the breadth of what she does. Shae's role evolves constantly as our business grows - from guiding clients through next steps, to shaping our communications, to keeping the team, calendars and countless moving pieces aligned with her organisational wizardry.

Like a true shining star in our constellation (her favourite colour actually is yellow!), Shae brings warmth, clarity and light wherever it's neede most - often saving the day in ways clients never even see.

She's basically a superhero.

You’ll likely meet Steph when she’s putting your loan application together. She’s the steady brilliance behind the scenes — the star who makes sure your application is submitted with care and then guides it all the way through to settlement.

Before joining her husband Tim in the world of mortgage broking, Stephanie’s background was as diverse and colourful as a night sky. After completing a Diploma of Education, she taught at several schools before earning a scholarship to the Australian Opera Studio. Graduating with Honours, she won a prestigious opera competition that took her to Germany, where she was able to spend some time living and performing in opera houses.

Now back home in Perth, Stephanie continues to follow her passion for music as the Director of her all-female ensemble, Meadowlark — keeping her artistic spark alive while lending her talents to Stellaris.

Her creativity, warmth, and attention to detail add their own glow to our constellation, ensuring every client’s journey shines brightly from start to finish.

With more than 25 years in the finance industry, MaryHelen joined our Client Services Team in 2010. Over that time she’s built a wealth of experience liaising with clients and lenders, and she continues to bring that knowledge and steady approach to her role today.

In the office on Thursdays and Fridays, MaryHelen is the quiet star who helps keep things moving smoothly. Her calm expertise and reliability mean clients can feel confident their enquiries are in safe hands.

Jim has been part of the team since 2014 and in that time has worn just about every hat in the business — from Office Manager to Loans Processor, and everything in between.

Now focused on the operational side of Stellaris, Jim oversees the day-to-day running of the business, including bookkeeping, IT support, payroll, and staff training. But his real superpower is the way he swoops in when challenges arise — solving problems quickly, steadying the ship, and making sure the team and our clients are always supported.

As our Operations Manager, Jim is the quiet superhero in our constellation — the one who keeps everything orbiting smoothly so the whole team can shine.
